The land of Peshawar was blessed on 10 th April 1920 with the birth of an eminent future personality named Prof. Muhammad Shafi Sabir. Prof. M. Shafi Sabir made the first move in a time when a great educational crisis existed. He laid the grounds for quality education and set in motion the system of Forward Educational Institutes as the first Principal in 1950s.
